I am the Group Beverage Manager and Executive Head Sommelier at Tom Sellers Story Group, which encompasses the two-Michelin-star and five-rosette Restaurant Story, Story Cellar, and Dovetale Mayfair Restaurant with more openings lined up. I serve as a judge for wine and a wide array of different products in fine dining.
I am also a Qualified Cuban Havanas Expert. I live to unearth interesting wines, captivating champagnes, and stand out spirits of the less ordinary to fill the shops and people’s glasses.

From kitchen pot wash, to working as a Sommelier with some of the best hospitality talents both on the floor and in the kitchen at sites like the Ritz Hotel, Social Eating House and Orwells, to wine competitions and consulting the private and multinational companies.
